Superb

What an extraordinary resort! I had the pleasure of staying here for just one night, but it left an indelible mark on my heart. The tranquil seaside, the enchanting starfishes and fishes in the sea were a sight to behold. However, what truly made my stay exceptional were the incredible staff members. From the warm welcome by Lita to the friendly island tour with Kelvin, every moment was filled with warmth and genuine care. Kaycee's patience and efficiency in helping us with our travel arrangements were invaluable, and thanks to her, we made it to our destination despite flight challenges. This resort is a true gem, and I'm grateful for the unforgettable memories created by the best staff. I can't wait to come back and relive this magical experience!

A fun family resort.

A beautiful location, and our family of 4 stayed in a beach front villa that was stunning. The food was fabulous, and our teenagers certainly appreciated the extensive breakfast buffet. Fabulous snorkelling, heaps of kayaks available and the island was beautiful to walk around. Pool was good and had a spectacular view. Free boat to and from Port Vila 24/7 was a bonus, and we stocked up on snacks at the local supermarket.

A bit Bali Beach Club vibes for me personally. Loud music went on too early. Its a large resort so lots of people and young families. Perfect for some, just not for us. Couldn't get access to snorkels for the first 3 days, I think the other guests weren't returning them at night. In the end the resort actually went and purchased 4 sets just so we got some, which we very much appreciated, but it did take a while to get to that.

a pleasant place on a island with excellent connections and spacious villas

nice location on a private island, excellent transport facilities by private ferry. nice pool area, very well equipped for water-sports. pleasant restaurant with a beautiful terrace. spacious rooms

beautiful island, comfortable shacks, rustic, kind staff, average dining experience.

the island is beautiful. the water is amazing. and the beach on the island is great. the staff are lovely. particularly the dining staff. Annie and Kevin were wonderful. the rooms are comfortable including a little fridge and aircon. the kids club is great. breakfast basic, fruit delicious.

the food was average, very basic. and not very accommodating to dietary needs. also $$$ for what you get. the wifi didn’t work throughout our entire stay. not a massive problem when you need a holiday, but frustrating if you do need it we had hot water issues for the first 5 days. (staff helped every time but still frustrating) the mattress on the queen bed is uncomfortable, it has a little topper on but the mattress itself is old and just springs, for the $$ per night you’d expect a little more comfort. (the single bed was newer and comfy)

Stunning stay in paradise

Such a beautiful place to stay, we were in the garden 2 bdrm, which was basic, but great for our family of 4. little touches like a bottle opener and sharp knife really made the difference. it was spotless and very well maintained.

One of our children found the kids club staff too playful. 😆

Lots of fun, sun and hospitality

The resort ammenities, location and island itself. The breakfast buffet was excellent

Restaurant was very expensive and extremely slow. No drainage in the bathroom caused frequent flooding

This resort was very family friendly.

The staff always short changed us when paying with cash. So we ended up always charging to our room.

Superb

Very nice resort on island close to Port Vila. Our villa was spacious and clean with beautiful terrace just above the sea. Unfortunately, the area in front of our villa was not good for swimming, so we used resort beach, which is a bit better but the quality of water is still average. The best thing was presence of large number of starfish. Boat service is available 24 hours a day. Rides takes about 5 minutes, but have in mind that you could wait additional 10-15 minutes before boat starts. Hotel stuff was very kind and helpful. WiFi was OK.

Buffet breakfast is average with poor choice of food. Resort is placed on island and it's not close to Port Villa, so you need to use bus or taxi to reach town. General impressions are very good, but I would stay that it is a bit overpriced.
