Breakfast was good, same every day but good, limited options in comparison to other resorts. Pool area is excellent, 4 pools to choose from, clean, could do with more sun loungers. Dinner had a few options but we found the pool bar menu was the best, other than the Teppanyaki which is pricey.
The staff are very over worked and very underpaid, it reflects in their overall demeanour, the service is extremely slow and the prices inside the resort are often more expensive than Sydney.

Loved the pools and that the buffet was super easy with kids
Facilities were great no issues.
Relaxing safe resort was nice to be in.
The knifes and forks in the buffet area your always searching for them as people flog the set out ones. Need to have a option of grabbing your own as you grab dinner.
Drinks were slow going took ages to order drinks.

We had problems from the first day we arrived. They gave us the wrong room and it took almost three days to put us in the room type we had booked. On the last day, reception didn't provide us with information about transportation to the airport, which was very stressful, but ultimately reception was helpful in finding a solution. Overall, the resort meets the minimum expectations. I must commend the staff who always tried their best within their capabilities. The low point is the internet connection in the rooms, which is very important for guests, and it wasn't fixed, with a very poor explanation. Furthermore, the room we were given first had many maintenance issues, as we mentioned, and there was also an organizational error at check-in. The gym is very run-down, with old machines and, in my opinion, a small space. The food at the buffet was often not at the right temperature, and although there was a lot of food, in some places there was a lack of variety and quality. Breakfast was quite good otherwise.
