Location, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, pools, resort grounds were kept immaculate. Daily events when on were great.
The cleaning ladies did such great jobs.
We had no hot water initially, however maintenance were able to resolve very quickly.
Check in does take a fair while, and check out, the staff are great but would be good to do what they used to do is keep guests comfortable, some complimentary drinks etc for the wait, especially when a plane arrives and there is a direct influx of people.
The pool bar and reception bar never kept any change, which was a little annoying when trying to pay in cash.
Room internet was pretty bad, had to go to the lobby, yes, I get that on holidays you don't need a lot of it, but still, would be handy at night for netflix etx to entertain the children and plan for next day.
We will def be back these are small things which could get resolved easily, still a great place to stay.

Location and Lagoon views were great. Great facilities
Front desk staff overwhelmed and extremely busy most of the time. Took 45 minutes to check in and room was not ready. We arrived on time and would have expected the room to be ready
WIFI extremely poor for such a large resort had to buy data for our phones
Food very expensive
Taxi 1000VUT to the city 10 minute drive
Bus is only 150VUT - just walk to end of the driveway and hail the bus

Well located but no-one seemed to care. Yes … Vanuatu time is a thing but to blank you … pretend you are not even there isn’t Ok.
That happened frequently sadly.
