It was clean, comfortable and certainly very adequately furnished for the price.
Parking on the street. Not enough crockery and cutlery on the upper level where my room was. I also thought it advertised that breakfast was included...not that I would have eaten it as I brought my own...but this didnt seem to be the case.

Close to railway station and Cronulla center
Traffuc before say 10.30 a bit noisy, some other guests were a tad noisy coming in at late hour ,but you get that anywhere really .

Breakfast was good, couldn't find the sugar or butter, but I did see someone else with butter.
It was reasonably quiet.
I would stay again.
Pillows and beds are very important. I know its hard to please everyone, but there is room for improvement.
I think bed cleanliness was fine though.

It was like a homeless shelter, full of drunk men with an overpowering smell of alcohol and urine
