Great location, great house, amazing view.
Maybe a filtered water tap or a water machine or even a bottle of store bought water in the cupboard/ fridge. Travellers are wary of drinking tap water directly even though safe in this area. I haven't drank unfiltered tap water in years, did so here with no problems. Also very little glassware to drink from, with a shared house of eight rooms i only saw 2 glasses to use. I had one i kept for my stay and the rest of the house must have shared one between them. If there were more i didn't see them
Just a little more auto lighting on the stairs as dark stairwells, I nearly fell coming home one night (sober no alcohol) turning the corner half way down. Lucky I had good hold of the railing to prevent me falling further down the stairs. I believe poor lighting may have been a factor.
Externally could do with a clean, external walls and mouldy concrete could do with a pressure wash, Externally bit neglected. Messy area out front where the tabletennis is folded up, probably could remove that and clean that area. No table or chairs outside downstairs in front of room 8. Internal windows with the best view of the water as soon as you enter the front door has large spider webs and green mould from water leak. First impression entering the house

Location was superb, the room was clean and large and we enjoyed our stay
The shower rail was broken, but that was only a minor issue

Location and views were amazing
Lots of stairs but we know that up front.

The view and location was great. Studio room for four was good to have our own space.
Being on the lower floor, we could hear every conversation/pot bang upstairs. There was a few nights that the other patrons were very loud well into the night. Street parking was also crowded, someone had their car on the driveway and was boxed in - woke up everyone at 5am asking the person to move their car.
