Great location- very central but on a quiet street. Family oriented motel with quiet fellow guests
A little table with a couple of chairs would have worked better for us than the bench return in the room

The hot tub on our private patio was nice. There was adequate parking and the location was good. The bed was comfortable.
Found 2 roaches in the room and the carpet had a lot of stains. Probably due to the hot tub. They should put in hard floors. There were also a couple minor stains on the bedding.
