Very clean,tidy, very helpful staff. Nice touch of turning heaters in early evening. Child friendly, milk provided and crisp clean bedding.

Friendly staff, good facilities, we were able to do our washing while there. My son said he slept well and he got good rest there, he didnt mind the room at all. I only stayed one of the nights as I was needed at my fathers bedside (he was at end of life). Beds were comfortable, room had what we needed.
The decor and finishing touches are dated but clean, I wasnt a fan of the bathroom (concrete floor and it smelt damp). On checkin, I had to complete a form and write down my credit/debit card details despite having prepaid the whole stay, this is actually a security/privacy breach to request anyone leave cc details, as trusting as the lady was at the counter, once recorded, those details are there for anyone who comes across them. I did not want to upset the lady so just went along with it, my bank would be horrified if they knew what I had done.
