Very generous supply of breakfast and snack items.
The TV set was situated above the sofa so to watch it you had to sit on the dining table chairs.

Location was central to events.
Room was converted garage with music playing consistently in garage next door. Shower caddy fell during stay and comment from owner made us feel as it was our fault. Left a bad impression.
