This is our second time staying here and just like the first visit it was exceptional. We cannot fault anything with our room, the room is clean, comfortable, warm and had everything we needed right down to the little details such as makeup face cloths. We won’t ever stay anywhere else when we visit Blenheim. Will be back again for sure.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. holding on to my bag and mail when delivered while I was out and ensured to quickly informed me as soon as I returned back to the motel unit

The room was lovely, it was clean and spacious! The location was great as it was close to town and close to my appointments. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would've liked, but the fluffy pillows and warm blankets made up for it a little bit.
I had travelled almost 2 hours from Nelson, arrived just after 3pm to find a note to say that they are away for an hour. I was looking forward to getting to my room, set myself up for me to finish work for the day, but I couldn't. I then had to find something to do for an hour before I could check-in. I then had to work late, which I was not happy about.
So if I could recommend, to ensure there is someone available during the check-in times at all times, that would be amazing. A quick 5 minute break to go to the bathroom is fine, but not an hour. It puts some of us out when we travel for work.
