It is a good village pub with a nice range of beers, good food and atmosphere. The rooms are in a separate building so they're nice and quiet. The team are friendly and welcoming.
If I was to be really really picky, there is a bit of peeling paint in the bathroom. Did it detract from my stay? Absolutely not!

Pub downstairs is really cosy.
Room 5 is a disaster. Very warm like 30+ due to location above kitchen. Moreover it is super small. That we did not expect despite the description.
