We stay at the Southend hotel quite a bit as it is close to family. Always find it to be clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and
accommodating. Having the Pub underneath for meals if required, plus the Supermarket, chemist, baker etc., next door, makes it an
attractive proposition. Buses are close by as well.
Stairs could be a challenge.

Was all right as we checked in late n were out early
The property was connected to the bar and can smell beer and alcohol n not good fir someone looking for quiet space .
The toilet didn’t have enough space to sit n relieve yourself, not good for tall or overweight person , we had to sit on the sideways , not convenient at all.
