Tenía todo para estar cómodo , el baño con ducha potente , cama cómoda y nos dejaron tener el equipaje antes y después del chekin y chekout. Muy amable la persona de recepción.
Ma ir con varios equipaje es muy lejos de la estación de trenes, las calles no son tan cómodas y media obscuras si es muy temprano o muy tarde.

Very clean, comfortable, powerful hot shower, great kitchenette. No frills but everything you needed for a short stay provided. Very quiet too.

The property was in a great location & had good shared facilities such as a laundry and garden. Elevator was an option to access all floors. The rooms had a small kitchenette. Bathrooms have good storage.
The pillows in the room had makeup stains from previous use. The main area of the room was very small.

It was good one but so expensive , and the shower room was not clean

Good table in the room to eat. Has small kitchen inside.
Balcony (extra paid) was ultra small. The fridge was not function correctly. Hearing doors from other people the whole night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room is perfect for a short stay. Everything was complete with a little kitchen and toiletries. The washing machine and dryer can use for free, just that we have to use our own detergent. There were alot of restaurant, cafes nearby too. Check-in and check-out is a breeze!
Floor abit dusty, and the noise from the road/walkway can be heard from the room. Probably I was staying here during the weekends. Quite a distance to walk from the Zurich main train station.

Location was good - near the tram stops. Check-in was easy, and staff replied fast on the app. Shops are close by.
Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having the dishwasher and laundry available.
Room was too small for five people and wasn't comfortable at all. Could barely move.
Lacked some necessary items for use.

The location is close to the main station. There is an elevator in the building so we were able to take our heavy luggage upstairs.
The room was quite small for 4 people with large luggages. However, we didn’t have any problem with that because we were staying there for transit.
