The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful location. The massages at the day spa were excellent, the breakfast was lovely and the setting beside the pool was beautiful, all of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite.
The only negative was the hard mattress on the bed which nadir it difficult to sleep.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, and this continued throughout our entire stay. We genuinely had such a great time here. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Ubud, while the hotel itself is peaceful and has a beautiful authentic Balinese atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing, and everything was simply perfect. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Bali!

I love the location and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were a friendliest. Activities within the resort were really good too.
The bed was so old the springs were poking into my back every night and the pillows tiny pieces of foam sewn into a pillow shape
