The breakfast was good and wholesome.
The location was very good for accessing the town and facilities.
We found the room chilly on a night, I think it was the time of year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The double room in the annex was cosy and homely. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was an extra cosy blanket and cushions.
The shower was modern and worked great. The sink is in the bedroom but that’s not a big deal.
The room was cleaned every day, with supplies restocked. There was plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Plus, tasty biscuits!
We booked the small double and it was perfectly fine. We had a huge suitcase and lots of stuff with us and it wasn’t an issue at all. There are plenty of draws to use.
The WiFi was great and there was a tv with plenty of streaming services/channels. Also, an extension lead was provided which meant we could charge all of our devices.
We had breakfast every day and it was delicious. Breakfast requests can be made electronically via QR code or on paper. This really seemed to work well as it meant everything ran super smoothly at serving time.
There are 5 parking spaces at the rear of the guest house, next to the annex. There was minimal car shuffling. Guests can arrange with one another whilst at breakfast.
The location is great. The centre is within walking distance.
The owners and staff were very lovely. We would definitely stay here again if in Keswick.
There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property. The only tiny thing was that the towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work. This is very much a first world problem!
