The guesthouse is in a perfect location for access to Keswick and is just a short walk to the centre. It was lovely and quiet, and Matt made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself had everything you’d need for a short stay. The breakfast was lovely and we were also given homemade cake for our hike!
The bed was quite firm for us but that’s just preference :)

Lovely big room, quality bedding and towels, really friendly, helpful host, great location, excellent breakfast, on road parking.
Nothing negative at all.

Owner Matt was friendly, kind and very welcoming. The room, although small, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk into the heart of Keswick. Breakfast was a full English which was well presented and tasty. There was also cereals, yoghurts, toast and fruit juices available. The piece of cake each to take away was a lovely touch. Thank you so much, we will definitely stay again.
