Good hotel generally
We booked 2 rooms weeks in advance. 2 days before our stay, we were told that 1 of the rooms had been cancelled and that there were no rooms still available. Complete balls up on their part. They said that someone had phoned and cancelled, but they had no record of who and when. When I spoke to another member of staff, they said that this was totally against protocol, as was booked via Booking.com, so any cancellations should go via that. None of us cancelled, so our best guess is that someone on reception cancelled the wrong room by mistake.
