The location is great in my opinion. It is located right next to Gülhane Park and Sirkeci station, meaning Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Masri Bazaar are all within short walking distance. It is an ideal base for exploring the historical center. Breakfast is fine - hot, fresh made.
The hotel has deteriorated since my last stay. The receptionist was asleep on the lobby sofa at check-in, leaving guests stranded. The first room we got had dead AC and dangerous exposed wiring. After paying for an upgrade, the second room had visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, a towel rack that fell off the wall at a touch, and old trash (sandals and hygiene products) left under the bed from previous guests. Maintenance and housekeeping are completely neglected.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel a few nights ago. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!
