تعامل موظفي الفندق كلهم بلا استثناء ودودين ولطيفين وبشوشين وأخص الاخت فاطمة في الاستقبال والأخ الكردي اللي يشتغل تحت [نسيت اسمه ]
الهدوء الفندق هادي رغم موقعه في سيركجي وذا بالنسبة لي شي مهم في النوم
الفطور منوع والقهوة لذيذة والخدمة في وقت الفطور ممتازة
المطل من الغرفة غير جيد يطل على من كلا الجهتين على خرابة والبحر بعيد عني لكن ما اثرت على الاقامة
ياليت فيه شماعة للملابس في الحمام و مروحة تهوية

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’ERK Hôtel à Istanbul. Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin.
L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : l’hôtel se trouve à proximité d’une station de métro et de tramway, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans Istanbul. Il est aussi situé à seulement 1 minute à pied de la zone piétonne touristique, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Un hôtel agréable, bien situé et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Je recommande !

The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are friendly, attentive and always willing to help.
The only downside was the lady working at breakfast in the morning is not very welcoming or friendly and always seems upset.
