Perfect location.
Room was quite small and we had to keep asking for certain things like cot that we requested at booking.

Friendly staff. Rooms are of good size. Location is walking distance from all Sultanahmet sites and from public tramway.

Friendly staff the manager always present and very helpful , problem solver has can do mentality and seen some improvement as this is the my second stay at this hotel
They do provide normal milk, no Oat or soya milk, did requested but was not provided and no option for lactose and gluten intolerance guests.

Location is perfect, breakfast excellent, friendly staff, lovely sauna and gym room, beautiful setting
Smelly in the room because of bad plumbing
Very small room although I booked a superior twin room 10 months before check in
Bedding not sufficient
