Месторасположение, встреча сотрудников отеля. В номере маленький чайник и холодильник.
Винтовая лестница, с маленьким ребенком и чемоданами - очень неудобно.

The best place I can imagine. Location was perfect next to the train station and to the lovely park. A very Quiet area and walking distance to everything you need to see in Istanbul. The family is fun and very friendly. They offered to carry my bags to the station at 7 in the morning and paid for my trip to the airport.
I just want the light detector to be closer to room 107.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is great. Located right in the heart of lots of restaurants and activity but yet a quiet little side street.
Bathroom is small but is what I expected for the price range and culture. Not a problem at all.

Очень хорошее расположение. Рядом метро. Отель расположен прямо у древних стен. Рядом вход в парк Гюльхане. Недалеко Галатский мост. Все достопримечательности рядом.
Улица тихая, очень красивая.
В январе было холодно в номере. Мусор не выносили, номер не убирали, полотенца не меняли.
Отель старый, на двуспальной кровати не один матрас, а два матраса рядом и постоянно разъезжаются. В санузле вековой налет на сантехнике.
Лестница на верхний этаж очень неудобная.
Все три ночи кто то очень много курил в коридоре и дым в комнату проникал и запах.
