ljubaznost osoblja, lokacija je izvrsna sve nam je bilo pristupačno. Recepcionar Kenan posebno hvala jako nam je bio drag i sve nam je sa velikim osmjehom objasnio i pomogao. Istanbul nam je jako lijep grad i definitivno se ponovno vraćamo. Preporučujemo ovaj hotel svima :).

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around Istanbul, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
A special thank you to Mohammed, Milad, Kenan, and Nejdet for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed. They truly made our stay memorable.
The rooms are on the smaller side but clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
A part of the property don’t have elevator. Has to be reached by stairs.

Our family had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent—everything we needed was within easy reach, making it a perfect base for exploring the city and getting around without any hassle.
What impressed us the most, however, was the exceptional service. A big thank you to Mohammed, Milad, Kenan, and Nejdet for always being so welcoming, professional, and helpful. No matter what we needed, they were happy to assist and always made us feel valued as guests. Their kindness and positive attitude made a lasting impression on our entire family.
Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a convenient location, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
