Everything was top-notch, starting with the hotel, cleanliness, location, breakfast, but above all, full praise for the hotel staff who were very pleasant and professional.

The staff were definitely the highlight of our stay, both the reception team and the breakfast staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and easy to access, and we also enjoyed the small balcony. The room was cleaned every day.
The main downside was the unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom. No matter how much we tried to air out the room, the smell kept coming back from time to time. However, I have read that this seems to be a fairly common issue in Istanbul.

The staff and the location were the best. Mr. Murad was very helpful and caring.
The net quality was not the best. You lose connection in between. I had e-sim. So, it was not a big deal.
