I had an amazing stay at Hostel Carlos III. It was the best option for my trip because the place is very clean, safe, and close to the airport. The staff also went completely above and beyond for me. I accidentally left my phone behind when I checked out. After I contacted them, they found it and safely shipped it all the way to my home in Italy. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty and excellent communication.

I had to stay near the airport overnight so it was ok for the price. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was private - the advantages finish here.
It was very old, partially dirty, especially the bathroom. The room was ok but very depressing, small, dark and old.
