The hotel is in a very convenient and central location, only a few minutes’ walk from the train station. I had a room on the 8th floor, which was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in arranging for me to keep the same room even though I had booked the two nights separately. The breakfast was also excellent.
The main problem was the wooden sliding bathroom door, which was extremely difficult to open once closed and required several attempts and quite a lot of force. This was especially inconvenient at night. I reported it to reception, but unfortunately it was not properly fixed. The iron also had a black sticky substance on it that stained my clothing. I reported this too and asked for the iron to be cleaned, but it remained unchanged.

Excellent location close to station and local shops and Restaurants with walkable.
Was quite warm bit low air circulation and would like to have more USB charging ports for a phones as travellers always low on carrying charging adapters and also would be more enjoyable with fresh vegetables like Tomatoes and mushrooms etc added in breakfast.

the inflexibility to extend check out for one hour as a genius level 3 member not great attitude and a charge of 45 chf for a 3hr extension even when the hotel is not fully booked is excessive !!

Breakfast was excellent, with a large choice of foods and drinks. Everything was fresh and well presented, and there was plenty of variety to choose from. I especially loved the croissants, which were delicious. The breakfast area was also pleasant and well organised, making it a very nice way to start the day.
The floor in the room did have a few dust particles, so the cleaning could perhaps have been a little more thorough. However, the bed sheets were clean and fresh, which was the most important thing for us. The bathroom was quite small, but it had everything we needed and was perfectly adequate for our stay.
