Nice location.
Nonne was answering the phone or responding to our messages upon arrival to setup the keys.

The apartment was clean and centrally located, with good facilities. However, the keys could not be collected onsite and we had to go back to the central reception (which was just where we had come from!) despite our having had an email saying we could collect the card keys on site. We called the assistance number but this was picked up and hung up.
We were very impressed with the kind caretaker who happened to be on site and kindly called the reception from another number and arranged for us to go to pick the keys up. He waited for us to return and was very helpful, going beyond his job description. His name was Francisco and we would like especially to thank him.
We had a number of conflicting emails and messages about gaining access to the apartment and this was unnecessary and stressful. The website is misleading as it says that there is 24 hr reception but does not specify that this is only to the central reception and that most apartments cannot be accessed by going to the place where one is actually staying. Also, they said they were implementing a new IT system and needed us to enter details all over again and really we had already done this several times and one should not have to be doing things so many times over. Once we got to reception, they were helpful and polite but this was all a bit of an ordeal after a long travel!

location was great and great space in the apartment.
the water ran cold after 3 people showering. the lift of the 2nd floor did not work. we had 2 young kids with us so we had to carry the pram up the flights of stairs. we contacted the reception but no response as they are not on site
