Very clean room, facilities, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant is great, the pizza is recommended.
Not a big deal, but the temperature of the water on the shower kept fluctuating, yet it was a nice shower regardless.

We dropped by for one day almost end of our holiday. One of the view typical CR cities 2 hours from Sierpe on way back to SJO. Very nice staff and nice bar to relaxe. Smal swimming pool but good for wake up.
Some rooms are luxury and some are outdated. We had two different kind ones but good for our stay tired from a three day Jungle experience in Drake Bay.

Location was convenient.
Room was in poor condition, floor felt weak and the wood had gaps in the flooring.

The restaurant and grounds were very relaxing and well kept. The restaurant was terrific. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful
No smoking area. And we booked a king room there best room. Everything was great till we went to shower. The water would not adjust so you were either scolded or frozen. There was no in between. We were informed that because it was a holiday no repairs could be done so they put us in a small double bed and it was very small and no smart tv. The ac unit stunk too. Then we were accused of smoking in the room and stealing bedding, which we did not do. The rest of our visit we were not apologized to,and the owner. Didn’t seem to care. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and most of the staff knew.
