Beautiful property, perfect location (quiet area right at the base of the volcano but also a short walk into the center of town), and great host! The breakfast is definitely worth it too!
The room was a bit small but that's probably just a function of the one I chose - not necessarily a complaint. (And I was spending most of my time out around the island anyways.)

Nice location, not far from the port but also quiet. The place is clean and well maintained.
We stayed in the worst room in the back even though the hotel was almost empty. WiFi didnt work. Owner was very rigid (breakfast and check out time). Hot shower was barely enough for two people. Room dark and small.
