Everything! Polite and friendly staff who offered help if you needed. Awesome hotel, big, comfy room with awesome bed, super clean linen, big bathroom. Cafe in the morning was best ever. They have beuatiful outdoor places were you can sit and enjoy the wiev. Natural solarium above hotel. Thank you there, everyone I met. I"ll be back next summer, this was my second holiday there. And they have also super pizzeria near the hotel. I've been every island, so I can say it's the best.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza dello staff che ci ha permesso di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli nella loro hall sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. La camera era molto grande e il solarium molto bello. Pulizia ottima. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia di Rinella.
Nel bagno della stanza Lipari aggiungerei un aspiratore da bagno. Il top sarebbe stato avere un piccolo balconcino in camera.

The location is exceptional and value for money is good. The breakfast terrace was very pleasant.
Payment is complicated. Only bank transfer or cash and there’s no atm on the island except Malfa. The cleanliness was acceptable but there was dead bugs on the bed when we arrived. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing
