The location, the cleanliness and the breakfast. Swimming pool looked nice but we didn’t use it.
Price is quite high and the bed was rather hard.

The property is located in arguably the nicest area of the island, and we get incredible views of the volcano and from the sea from the terrace. We stayed at the Tramontana room which was decently sized for our party of 3. The swimming pool adds a relaxing and refreshing touch after a day at the beach or simply walking around. We did order food during lunch time and it was delicious - including the extra comfort of accommodating the dietary restrictions of my wife. The wine list is also very correct, with local wines from Sicily and the Aeolian islands. And finally we were greeted by Vito, who was charming and friendly and with many stories to share with us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the place.
The one thing we believe could be improved is the acoustic isolation in the room. Since breakfast is brought straight to each room, we woke up each morning earlier than planned because our neighbors on the adjacent room asked for their breakfast to be served before ours.
