Averil (Site Manager) was excellent. She was in contact with me from get go & ensured our accommodation was ready prior to our arrival as we were early getting into Forster.
Room very neat & tidy with extras to personalise our stay,
Unfortunately the Site Manager departing early one morning & leaving his engine running which was next to our room. Just something for them to be aware of for future guests.

Handy location, near restaurants, shops, a pub and a club. Within walking distance of a beach and pretty cheap.
The floor in the bathroom might need a scrub.

Location and staff were lovely
Old, outdated and cupboards were broken, also the sewerage smell in the unit was horrible at times
