It was an older property a little tired-looking but well-maintained

Well located near shops and the waterfront, as well as easy walking distance to Bowls Club for dinner
Ground floor unit, so not have to walk up stairs
L-shaped kitchen with small table for two
Two seater lounge
Modern and clean WC shower
Curtain on window beside bed didn't hang straight therefore light comes in
Door to bathroom was off its hinges therefore difficult to open and close
