We came to Ioannina for an IKEA shopping trip - the location couldn't have been better. From the time we walked in until we left, the staff were helpful and kind. The restaurant was great.

Very very clean and beautifully designed with very comfortable beds and easy access into the property from the road.
The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. We were also disappointed in the breakfast. Whilst there was the usual bacon, eggs, deli meats, cheeses and pastry’s, there was a very limited amount of fruit available which for us was very important as this is what our 10 month old eats for breakfast. All that was available was apples which she can’t eat unless boiled. We sort of expected there to be things like bananas, melon and strawberries for example, as we don’t like to give her bread and pastry’s unless completely necessary which is what happened here.

I’m giving it a 6 only because the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious.
The furniture was dirty, and both the curtains and drapes were dirty as well, with many tears and snags.
The breakfast was very poor. There wasn’t even a single vegetable available. As for the fruit, there were only two apples and two pears. They claim to be a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, it deserves no more than 2 stars.
I had read another review where a lady complained about the lack of variety of fruit, and the hotel’s response was that it wasn’t the season for those fruits. Does that mean it’s still not the season—not for fruit, and not even for vegetables?
Very disappointing! We definitely won’t be coming back.
