Loved this apartment - spacious, clean, quiet, well equipped with stylish decor. Location is great - everyone who visits Alicante will take a trip to Mushroom Street so we really were at the centre of it all. The Terrace was lovely and a real bonus. We were a party of 4 adults, we like quality accommodation and that is what this apartment is - highly recommend. Thanks Rafa for being a top host.
Swing doors on shower and toilet were a bit fierce so take care. Older reviews mention clear glass on toilet door but this now has frosted panels so no longer an issue.

La struttura era sulla via caratteristica di Alicante, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutto (Esplanada, spiaggia, centro, Barrio, negozi, souvenir, ristoranti), accogliente, spaziosa, comodissima. Il proprietario Rafa è stato gentilissimo con indicazioni e suggerimenti per vivere al meglio la vacanza, e disponibile per qualsiasi ulteriore necessità

Beautiful apartment located right within the city surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach front. Hosts were very accommodating and met us on arrival. Very spacious and the balcony was lovely catching the midday sun.
