Support before arrival, during our stay, and at checkout was excellent. The location is great, and providing a beach umbrella as well as luggage storage before check-in and after check-out were very appreciated.
Apartment facilities could be much better. The comfort of the extra bed is average. There was no blanket available, and no beach towels were provided. Kitchenware was lacking, and the bathtub drain was clogged.

Excellent location and very clean. Shower and luggage facilities available for late/early check out/in. Beach umbrellas provided along with washing up stuff and clothes washing powder.
Our bedroom was on the staircase side of the apartment and the noise of people coming in and out at night was substantial as the staircase is very echoey. To enter each apartment you enter a code and it beeps, that can be heard from the adjacent apartment throughout the night. The pool area has no shade and was always busy.
