The apartment’s location is excellent. The layout of the apartment is nice, with two bedrooms although one bedroom doesn’t have windows but this was not an issue for us. The beds are comfortable. The space was clean.
The bedrooms need dressers, you really have a very limited space for clothes and other stuff especially since you don’t have any room for your cosmetics in the bathroom. The internet is almost not working in the bedrooms. The owner addressed this issue by giving us access to another WiFi network. The signal was stronger but it still did not work in the bedrooms.

The location was excellent. The size of the apartment was good and the air-conditioning was excellent. The big tv was exceptional as it allowed all for a bit of down time to chill after getting back after a day out. The provision of a sun umbrella was a lovely touch for use at the beach.
The furniture in the kitchen/living area was uncomfortable and didn't seem well planned for the apartment. The apartment could do with some modernisation but I believe some of the other apartments in the complex were more modern.

Location is amazing, walking distance from all hot spots.
Alsk, jt is very big apartment, bathroom is huge, so are the rooms.
Although a bustling area, the windows offered decent soundproof.
We stayed at 2nd floor and it was a hassle. Very narrow stairs and quite difficult to climb, we found it unpleasant even though we are young and in good physical shape.
The smell on the staircase of the building was horrible, persistent throughout our 1 week stay.
No cleaning or towel change the whole week.

The bed in the main bedroom was comfy.
It was quite spacious.
Situated within easy walking distance of the front etc.
The photos are VERY misleading. It is much more basic with no soft furnishings as shown.
The apartment is incredibly noisy (from outside) until approx 4am every morning. The curtains don’t fit the window so you can’t blackout the light.
The shower was dirty and smelly. The drain in the main floor was disgusting The bathroom itself needed many repairs and updating.
The WIFI only worked (very temperamentally) in the lounge area. We contacted them about this, they kept resetting the router but it was always the same.
One of the numbers on the door keypad outside didn’t work properly.
Definitely not worth the money.
