War ok , mit viel Potenzial !

Der Ausblick war schön (Meerblick) Sonnenuntergang usw… Am Strand alles Top 👍 super nette Mitarbeiter. Rezeption auch Top 👍 Immer hilfsbereit und super nett.

Fahrstuhl Block 4 dauernd kaputt. War sogar am Einreisetag und bei Abreise genau das selbe spiel . Beim Essen,das man Platz zugewiesen bekommt und dann war Ende mit Service Leider . Meiner Meinung war Zuviel Unruhe dadurch (wie am Bahnhof). Minibar war leer nichtmal Wasser, da sind wir anders gewohnt in anderen Ländern. (Zumindest Wasser/Cola/Fanta sollte Standard sein für All Inclusive.

Good family holiday

The overall hotel experience was good, the food was great had some great meals and the pool food was great. WiFi is good when you are at pool and in lobby but sketchy in rooms far away if we stayed again I would recommend pool view not sea view. I saw issues within reviews before where others had suggested issues with the lifts but all way fine on our stay The staff were good except one this was the security on arrival who was nothing short of rude and unhelpful. As other have suggested the property is in need of a face lift but not to the point of making your stay poor but mention it make give the company the push to do it. But our stay was good and left us with happy memories the pool team where fantastic. Definitely value for the money

Lovely hotel, but...

Hotel lovely, love the small beach

Bed very uncomfortable suffered with ailments I never had before requiring massages. White towels are not fluffy or white. They are almost threadbare and gone grey with age. I tried to get a better quality but there were none. Could do with more sockets or a charging station in the rooms

La piscina aérea y las vistas del sunset bar

La comida es pésima de muy baja calidad para las estrellas que supuestamente tiene este hotel asignadas y que nos llevó a optar por reservar en el mismo , destacar el mal trato recibido sobre todo del personal del buffet y el Coco loco Bar el día de la llegada , la habitación en general bastante pésima destacando el ruido que hacía el aire acondicionado , la cama y la almohada dejaban bastante que desear viejas e incómodas , la lejanía de la habitación asignada toda una tortura para llegar de un sitio a otro demasiadas escaleras y en ocasiones ascensores rotos y sobretodo la mala calidad de la bebida en su totalidad todo marcas blancas , he estado en otros hoteles con menos estrellas que le dan muchísimas vueltas a este en su totalidad , en general no lo recomendaría jamás

Hôtel à rénover et à repenser

Les repas bons, variés et cuisinés sur place. Serveurs souriants, bonne équipe d'animateurs cette semaine.

Hôtel situé en hauteur : plusieurs ascenseurs (souvent en panne) à prendre pour rejoindre la chambre si vous êtes dans les derniers Blocs. Pas d'équipements fitness, pas d'étendoir à linge sur balcon (l'hôtel n'en n'a pas), pas de parking sur place sauf 2 réservées PMR. Longue distance à pied de la plage mais service de navette hôtel gratuite. Salle de bain aurait besoin d'être rénovée : pas de douchette dans baignoire qui est d'ailleurs inutile car il y a une douche.

Boa relação qualidade preço

O que mais gostei do alojamento foram as piscinas, os funcionários. A limpeza era bastante boa, as bebidas e o transporte para a praia.

Não gostei do facto de não haver muito transporte para o Porto de Mogán, a localização do hotel é bastante remota pelo que a vida noturna é inexistente. A animação a noite do hotel é também muito fraca e acaba cedo. Não há um espaço de convívio com atividades depois das 23h.

Enjoyable stay apart from drains and lifts. We may return jury is still out tho!

Location. Adult bar and pool.

Smell of drains by the snack bar and in hotel room. Queuing constantly for male toilets. Lifts constantly breaking down especially on departure day so had to carry heavy cases down flights if stairs.

Man muss fit sein!!! Wirklich!!!

Es gab leider nicht so viel Auswahl an essen. Das Hotel befindet sich weit entfernt vom Strand, man ist auf dem Bus angewiesen oder man läuft zu Fuß, wobei man muss sehr fit sein. Es gib fast gar keine Parkplätze.Das Hotel ist mehreren Stufen gebaut und man muss ständig Fahrstuhl benutzen die waren auch sehr oft kaputt wobei die wurden auch schnell am Tage repariert.

Gostamos muito das vistas do Hotel principalmente no final da tarde tem um pôr de sol fantástico.

Limpeza dos quartos . E falta de manutenção dos mesmos .Comida sem variedade principalmente no restaurante da piscina 7 dias sempre a mesma comida. Cheguei dia 09.10. As 20 e parti dia 16.10 as 18h para poder ficar do 12:00 até às 18:00 tive que pagar 27 euros porque a minha reserva foi feita no Booking . Lamentável

Buena experiencia

Las vistas son preciosas, el personal muy amable, la comida estaba muy buena y variada. Los autobuses que te dejan en la playa y en puerto del mogan sin necesidad de tener coche me parecieron un privilegio. Volvería a repetir sin duda

Por poner alguna pega que es un poco lioso el hotel con tantas escaleras y ascensores, pero alfinal le pillas el rollo

El edificio insufrible, pésimamente diseñado, lleno de barreras arquitectónicas, escaleras y ascensores por todos sitios que tenías que cambiar continuamente para moverte a cualquier parte del hotel, el suelo alrededor de las piscinas resbala, todo mal conservado, no hay aparcamiento gratuito suficiente, el equipo de animación muy malo......

Avoid this hotel if pissible.

Location was bad. Felt very isolated. Staff were really unpleasant. No parking available. 30 minute hike up the hill to het to hotel. Food was horrible and the same every day. Activities are terrible. Pool is dirty and very dangerous lots of broken tiles around the pool.

The views are amazing and the communal areas and bars are lovely. Staff were really helpful.

Quite a walk up the hill. Hotel put on free buses which is amazing. However these are limited meaning if you want to go out later this is more difficult.

The staff is very welcoming and very helpful The property is always clean likewise the rooms Breakfast was exceptional Lunch and dinner was also good Night entertainment was okay Hotel shop was very affordable They had international stations on the TV

Night entertainment could have been a little more international Water not being included in an all inclusive is very questionable The machine natural drink tasted a bit weird Wish the had a bus service to the bus stop area and to the airport The bathroom was nice but had a weird smell after a while

Our suite was excellent, the food and drink were good value for the price paid. The staff were brilliant and v helpful.

Ok. The noise! Constant loud music from which there was no escape. No chance of a siesta here!!

10/10 would recommend. had a great stay!

10/10 would recommend staying here - we had top class service . Super clean and excellent service and facilities. loads of drinks and snacks included in all inclusive . was given a room to freshen up in the day we arrived as we arrived before our check in and again before we left to go to the airport. shuttle services to the beach regularly included and to the following town in the morning . really can’t complain about the hotel or the staff our entire stay. the location is the only down side as the bus from the airport no longer goes directly here due to a rockfall on the coast road. we just got off at the previous town and got a taxi to the hotel for less than ten Euro so not a super big deal but it meant you couldn’t really walk to Mogan. as the hotel offered the free shuttle service and the abundance of local taxis it wasn’t a huge issue - just a little remote. if you’re looking to eat, drink and relax it’s the place to go !!

location and public transport to airport but this is such a small down side to the amazing stay we had !

location, amazing views over the sea, sunsets. Good variety of food sunbeds always available, lovely pools Great that you can have all inclusive down the beach too!

Very good hotel if one did not want to visit Mogan frequently as away out on its own.

Room very comfortable and cleaned each day. Quiet area.

It took two lifts which we did not mind, but had long balcony walk from each, it rained two days and tiles wet.

Food was excellent. Staff were amazing. Rooms were great and all with a Seaview. Very quiet and peaceful too and not a sound at night. Cannot praise it enough.
