Buen hotel para relajarse

El personal muy simpatico y servicial y las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas.

Horario de piscina y chiringuito (cerraban muy pronto) y falta de snack (ya que por la mañana solo servían fríos) y poca variedad.

Hotel para unos días de descanso cerca del mar

Es un hotel muy amplio con buenas vistas al mar y personal bastante agradable.

Para ser todo incluido, no hay prácticamente aperitivos entre comidas, solo te ofrecen fruta y sándwiches y si estás unos días ya se vuelve monótono y el agua mineral escasea bastante incluso me encontré con alguna "pega" al solicitarla.

Las instalaciones estan muy bien

La comida en general mala calidad, solo se salvan los postres. La comida mal, en el bar de la piscina, ni siquiera saben preparar una hamburguesa, terrible

Lovely hotel ❤️

I had so much fun and the weather was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable,all the activities were so much fun and especially the staff were super friendly, helpfull and funny.

The beach wasn't that nice. The hotel was far away from everything.

A quiet stay but not great for families with children 8-14 as there isn't much to do for them.

The room service was lovely and clean. They cleaned the glass balconies every day! Food was beautifully presented and tasted great. We loved the themed days. The hotel has beach access which is a great perk. The hotel was beautifully designed and smelt amazing 😍

The pool was too small for how many people the hotel could hold and there was space for additional but the hotel had fenced it off and made guests pay a premium to access those beds and an adults only section. We felt there was a lack of children's entertainment on an evening which made our evening less enjoyable as we had children bored. The location was secluded. There is a spa at the top of the road and two restaurants/bars but other than that...it's a taxi.

the weather was great. Gran Canaria is a cool place to visit. great dinners off property.

food smell of sewer beach wasn't great some staff GETTING TRAPPED IN BECAUSE OF A BIKE RACE with absolutely no knowledge whatsoever from staff upon check in- and we told them where we were parked ( inner circle)

Fab place very friendly staff would definitely go back if possible would not include dinner

The staff are all very friendly the hotel is spotless plenty of sunbeds rooms are spacious we had a suite

could do with more variety of food especially for dinner in the week we had breakfast and lunch every day but dinner only once

Very good

The hotel was very clean and well looked after. Ismael at Reception is great. He has amazing customer service skills, polite and genuinely cares. Thank you.

The location was very restrictive unless you have a car. We didn't, we felt stuck. Taxis to accommodate the 5 of us were scarce and let us down twice. I'm fussy with mattresses due to my back, I found the bed harder than I like and didn't sleep well.

Phenomenal hotel directly on the beach, EXCELLENT staff!!!

Staff were AMAZING!! The hotel was all-inclusive and provided 3 meals a day in a huge buffet style dining area. When I checked in, it was nearing the end of the lunch hour. Before they even checked me in they asked if I was hungry and welcomed me to go eat lunch first, then check in. I was there for 5 days and the staff just continued to impress me. The World Cup was going on and I would call the front desk to find out which stations it would be broadcast on. After only one day, they new me and had the channels already ready for me when I called!! I wish I could call out all of them by name, but KUDOS to the ENTIRE reception staff!! Room was huge and comfortable with a balcony and great view. Food was absolutely amazing as well. HUGE buffets with wine and beer all made by professional cooks. Paella was phenomenal!! I rarely tip buffet style food places since there's not really personal service. This place was different...the restaurant crew were awesome! Service, table clean up, cleanliness of restaurant, well stocked food/wine. They never missed the mark...I gave a HUGE tip to the staff on the last day. HIGHLY recommend this hotel...10 stars!!

Parking was a little bit of a problem. There is no parking at the hotel and a small parking area near by, then the rest is street parking. Shot in the dark when you pull in if there is any parking available.

Excellent Hotel, Excellent Service, Excellent all round …. If you’re French!

Staff excellent except the French animation team Hotel was pristine, very clean and well maintained Food choice was good albeit buffet style and a bit repetitive

Hotel is French biased, the entertainment was centred around the French guests and the entertainment only spoke French in a Spanish country with predominantly English speaking guests Consequently the entertainment had low participation, disorganised and rubbish The bars at busy times was slow, only one member of staff. Drinks, particularly cocktails, were diluted and poor quality The day time snacks at the pool bar were disappointing, dried up cheese sandwich the best they had

Absolutely blissful week

Beautiful place, fab location All the staff worked so hard and looked after us so well (thank you Isobel, Henry & Leal to name a few) Food and drinks were absolutely superb and probably the best all inclusive food we have ever had, we were spoilt for choice every meal time We had a blissful week here, highly recommend a stay and would advise you go for longer if possible

the hotel is stunning, really well presented and the rooms are gorgeous.

the photos advertised of the hammock and beds in the pool are restricted access and you have to pay extra for them. if I remember it was roughly €80 for the day with a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter included.

A perfect getaway.

A very nice hotel that was everything we were looking for. relaxing time with good quality rooms, and very nice food. would definitely recommend. We stayed in the sea view suite with hot tub which was phenomenal, honestly no reason to leave the room (from two people who like to explore!)

Entertainment was weaker than at other four star hotels, particularly for adults.

Overall the hote was great, clean and luxurious experience, woild definately stay again

The location of the hotel was great, only a 5 minute drive into Puerto Rico but next to a lovely and quiet beach. The facilities were great, pool was a good size and had the option to use the beds at an additional cost for a luxurious day. A mixture of younger couples and families which kept the hotel feeling busy and enjoyable.

The all inclusive food was good but the drinks menu, mainly the cocktails could have had more variety. They say on the website that reserving sun beds isn’t aloud, yet we by 7am all of the beds on the better side of the pool were reserved with peoples towels, this was frustrating and forced us to do the same if we wanted a better bed.

great hotel and with a hire car becomes excellent

the room we booked was on the ground floor and came with our own sunbeds on our own lawned area, which was next to the main pool. this was a great bonus in respect to being on the same level, the option to smoke if you wished, with an ashtray being provided on request.

we are a young couple in our own room, holidaying with my parents and would say that the hotel and the location is aimed at the older holiday tourist. for younger couples 25-35 years, it would of been better nearer some shopping and entertainment. hiring a car is a big plus and solves this issue.

Good stay overall!

Room was amazing - we had the hot tub and the sea view and was just great. Very clean - daily freshen up Lovely hotel and facilities

Bed was not very comfortable and in our case only single beds were available Hot tub was great although was not very hot even on max setting Food was average and « all inclusive » only included limited alcoholic drinks

A wonderfully relaxing experience, excellent food, and the spa bath suite the highlight of our stay.

The desk staff were especially helpful, managing to keep us in our suite for the full week, and avoid moving to a junior suite as booked, for our final 2 days. We had a wonderful rest and felt thoroughly spoiled with our huge balcony, with loungers, spa bath and a lovely sea view. We only left the hotel once, to visit pretty Puerto Mogan nearby. There was low key entertainment each evening, and we particularly enjoyed the Casino evening, Flamenco show, and Acrobatic Dance display. The hotel is not a huge impersonal place, and we found the staff both professional and efficient, but friendly.

An empty mini-bar seemed a very strange idea for an all-inclusive holiday, though we were allowed to take drinks up to our room whenever and as often as we liked. It seemed strange to even mention it in the facilities, as it was just an empty fridge.

clean rooms, spacious rooms, good aesthetic

food was poor and ALWAYS cold, rooms were cleaned every day but we didn’t get clean towels until day 3, music around the pool was way too quiet we couldn’t hear a thing
