Large house located in a quiet area, close to the ocean with a sandy beach (5 minutes walking distance) and nearby restaurants.
The house has 4 levels: * Level -2: Swimming pool + bathroom * Level -1: Spacious garage + bathroom and washing machine * Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), dining room, living room, bathroom, outdoor terrace with table and chairs * First floor: 3 bedrooms, each with a balcony, and 2 bathrooms The water in the pool is cold.
There are 2 capsule coffee machines. It provides bed linens, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tissues, and coffee.
The house is clean. The owner is helpful and friendly. A cash deposit of €350 is required for one week. The money will be returned upon departure.
