It was perfect for me as it was an affordable single room with a basin (and a toilet just down the corridor) with an optional breakfast. It was a very small room and even though it was a narrow bed, it was very comfortable with fresh, clean, bed linen. It was also close to Hampton Court, which was important for me.
The communal bathroom is in serious need of renovation. The owner has organised this but has to wait for work to begin in the autumn. I think there are also en-suite rooms.

The only thing was the showering facilities, very very outdated, you need to see to understand.

Budget friendly and low key accommodation look & feel. I wouldn’t call it a guest house. Friendly & warm host.
