Super clean room and friendly staff.
Quiet area away from the main high street but within walking distance to everything in Esher.
Slept very well two nights.
Rooms are a very short walk from the pub and fairly tight stairs. Easy to hear any neighbours coming and going at various times. Bed was overly soft and if I wasn't staying on my own, I'd say the bedroom is quite small - especially given the bathroom area was bigger but just contained a shower. Small sink was not very functional.
A stand alone fan in the room (couldn't open the windows) was good but as before - the room was rather small already.
Might seem negative but I've still given an 8/10 overall and would return.

The property has all the essential, alongside great location i highly recommend for anyone aiming to stay within within esher / oxshott.

Nice staff. Good location in the middle of Esher. Clean sheets.
The rooms were very small. But worse than that, they were grubby. The carpets stained, the shower drain had hair in it, toilet seat was marked and loose, heavy dust and dirt on the window sills and vents. A tea tray is provided, but the little biscuit packs were open, one with a half eaten bourbon in it. There was an iron, which was nice, but no ironing board. The room was very hot (it was very hot weather, which is not the hotel's fault); the fan provided was very loud (louder than normal fans one has at home), which made sleep very difficult. Other small things, like the lamps weren't plugged in. bouncy cheap mattress and bed. Also, no breakfast available. Altogether a poor experience, sorry.
