Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste.

Lovely, clean and quiet rooms. Lunch in the pub garden as really nice. Would definitely recommend.

I had a burger and fries at the hotel restaurant, which were both very nice and surprisingly reasonable in price.
The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed. I also really liked the mini-bar setup, with a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks. I didn’t personally use it, but I can definitely see how convenient it would be, especially if you wanted something without having to make a trip down to the bar.
The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again.
