Friendly staff and convenient location . Excellent breakfast.
We struggle with a standard 4’6” double bed. These days a King size bed is more usual in good accommodation. There would be room for a larger bed , even though our room was one of the smaller ones.

Breakfast was superb and plenty of choice. All cooked fresh and top quality food served. Offered frequent extra coffee, tea or fruit juice..
Really enjoyable.
Staff really helpful and pleasant .Manager at breakfast was fantastic
Room was spotlessly clean and bed really comfortable
Noise from people in room above and their dog barking

The food was really good we had dinner and breakfast in the Pub. The staff were very accommodating, early check in as the room was available. The venue is dog friendly which made it perfect for our stay as we had our little fella with us.
The bedroom was small, to be fair I had been warned about it but it was absolutely fine for one night. The bacon we had for breakfast was extremely salty.... two small comments that didn't impact on the overall stay.
