In Isabella, who runs the bar and the food with a charm and enthusiasm unmatched in our lengthy experience of hotel stays, you have a gem you can't possibly pay enough: a hotel's character is determined mostly by its staff, and Isabella - with Andrea, the most helpful team leader - transform what might be a standard airport hotel into a place of warmth and fun - you are very lucky indeed to have them.

Incredibly convenient to the train system and Malpensa, and they do a really nice job of offering services at nearly every time of day to accommodate people coming and going for flights at weird times. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was small but comfortable and very clean. I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and it works great for the night before a flight. I particularly like that it isn’t necessary to wait on a hotel shuttle bus—the airport shuttle picks up right across the street from the hotel’s front door. That honestly reduces the chaos of a flight morning so much. I’m sure I’ll stay here again in the future.
The room was a little warmer than I would have wanted—but honestly not bad at all. Because my room was on the first floor and close to the elevator, though, I definitely heard the lobby music and activity in my room. I’m a late-night person and it was no big deal for me, and probably nearly any other room in the hotel would be a little more insulated from the sound—my room just happened to be the closest one. Just minor things—overall, this place worked really well for catching my flight and I’d stay here again!
