Excellent shuttle service with great communication. Resteraunt staff went over and above and provided a meal upon our arrival (which was after 10pm) thanks to the coordination with our shuttle driver.
Bathroom could do with a little bit renovation, but overall was satisfactory for an overnight stay

Pool area is very nice, The room was right next to the pool with a little private porch. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They loved our dog and we're very accommodating. Dinner was exceptional.

Lovely location. Excellent value for money. Staff were very polite and super helpful
We had to leave before the dining room opened for breakfast so we were given a breakfast bag to take away which contained a bottle of water, prewrapped croissant and a tartlet - could have provided something better

the staff was nice and helpful
we had a plumbing issue and wasps in the room, they helped.
pool was great.
if you are with car, the towns close to the hotel are very nice.
if not, you must have a taxi or shuttle, because the hotel is disconnected from surrounding towns.
breakfast was mediocre at best.
breakfast is there until 10:30, but by 09:30 the food looks as if it stood outside for hours.
upper floor in the room, where the bed is, was very hot mid-summer. AC didn't help much in the upper floor.
there was a fan, helped a bit.
we had several wasps in the room when we came in. probably last resident had the windows open before and they came from the pool. the hotel was helpful and got rid of them.
we had a plumbing issue and the water in the sink didn't go down through the pipe. the hotel staff were helpful and fixed that when we were out.
