This is a motel-style hotel with each room having direct access from outside. It has advantages: car parked right at the door, and disadvantages when you have to get to the breakfast in the rain. The room is well equipped (including closet, fridge, bathroom and very comfortable beds). Breakfast was good - enough choice for 2-3 days. Excellent coffee. The staff was also very nice (lady working at breakfasts was the best!). Finally, it has really fair quality to price ratio.
These are not major complaints but: Location is near a busy road, and nothing interesting is actually there. You can't access the lake easily. It is also on departures direction from Malpensa airport, so I had a lot of trouble sleeping: you get dogs barking all night and planes overflying you from 6:00 at least. I hate duvets like this - just put between two sheets. In the morning you usually wake up under total mess. Finally - bathroom with features for disabled is very welcome, just why is the toilet seat so high?

Clean room, good room temperature, possible park car near. Good bed and bathroom.
Near location: McDonalds, shops, supermarket.
1,2 km walk way from train station.

Parking next to your room like in a USA motel is super-comfortable. The room is Ok, although it doesn't have enough space to open two suitcases. There's no coffee machine, so either grab it in the dining room, or go to a coffee shop elsewhere.
The procedure of getting in and out with the car by showing your room's sign, so the barrier would open, requires the receptionist's attention, which sometimes was busy with other guests checking in or out. The aircon wasn't working, and we were told it's due to some regulation forbidding operation of it during this season (Mid-October)... I don't know how true it is, but we slept with an open window because of it.
