Great for an overnight stay before flying. Dinner and breakfast were great. Very basic and functional gym, and sauna was good to fill in some time . Friendly and helpful staff

There is nothing particularly noteworthy.
The front desk staff were totally indifferent. I called to ask for a shuttle bus, and they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called to ask again, and they gave the same answer: 5 minutes. After a while, I got a cab to go to the hotel. When I expressed my frustration and disappointment, the only answer was, 'We are sorry.' we don't know what happened...
I used to stay in Tribe Malpensa, I totally regret my decision to pick Crown plaza this time.

Probably the lobby area. It really made the first impression of a very nicely kept hotel.
The smell of the corridor where room 333 is? I can’t even begin to describe but definitely nauseating. The mirror in our bathroom was, for some weird reason, hot, literally anything (hooks, mirror, etc) fixed on the bathroom wall was hanging on by a thread, the shower curtain was yellow/brown at the bottom.
