The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind and welcoming. We also really appreciated the complimentary bottle of water, especially as we arrived late at night.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance from the reception staff. We arrived late at night with four suitcases, but no help was offered. It would have been helpful if the gentleman at reception had at least informed us that our room was located outside the main villa, as this would have saved us unnecessary effort.
The following morning, as we had a flight from Malpensa, I asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi. She simply advised me to contact their usual drivers directly, but none of them was available. In the end, I had to find the number of the local taxi service and arrange everything myself. Considering this is a four-star hotel, we would have expected the reception to organise the taxi or at least provide more practical assistance.

Fantastic breakfast. Roomy room. Beautiful location
WiFi did not work in our room for two days Staff was dismissive. Beds very firm and thin pillows. Had to fold the pillow in half to be sufficient.

Lovely building and very nice big comfortable rooms.
Pool was very good.
Pizza restaurant was also good.

The place is beautiful. The building and the surrounding area is quite nice with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. This is the second time i stay here and both times i havent had the chance to stay in the main building but instead in the annex which is a newer building next to the main palazzo. Since is newly built, heating and A/C work nicely albeit some noise is registered everytime it reaches the set temperature.
The bedroom was above the breakfast area and next to a service room which meant that the first morning at 4.00am there was lots of noise for preparing the food and such. The reservation was for two nights so half of that was not a nice stay. After discussing the situation with reception a new room was provided afar for the staff room and not immediately above the breakfast room which solved the noise issue. the previous time i stayed here i couldnt sleep much due to the noise made by the A/C, it was summer and every time it reached temp it would make weird noises.
