It was stunning- a beautiful property set amongst amazing foothills.
Lorenzo really looked after us, and the pool was just perfect.
You felt like you were in this private little piece of heaven.
It got a little warm at night, but I’d never expect such a characterful property to have air-con, so it’s hardly a criticism.

This really is a castle with a long history. Were If fortunate enough to get the honeymoon sweet. It is huge impressive and an experience that will last a lifetime time

The place has a great atmosphere and with very rich history, which you can feel once you enter. The hosts were extremely friendly (including lovely dogs). We were there at the time of the fair, and Lorenzo was extremelly nice helping us with managing our car parking. Also providing the recommendations for restaurants and getting around. Overall outstanding hospitality!!
The only minor drawback was that I felt a bit cold in our room and bathroom, despite working radiators. Hot water in the sinks in bathroom came in very low pressure (no problems with the shower, good pressure and temperature). Otherwise great place to stay and very highly recommended!

Stunning castle building with friendly hosts. Check in and check out was very easy and the hosts were helpful to recommend local places to visit and eat.
The main issue was that the toilet did not work (flush) at all and when we told the host they were not concerned and told us that the water pressure had been bad recently.
