The best host ever. We were welcomed with a local aperitif and a very warm welcome. Accommodation is perfect with plenty of space and comfort.

The location, although it requires to drive through a narrow and winding dirt road amidst the woods, is very pretty. There is a fitness room which, while not top-notch, was nice to have. The owner offered us a welcome drink with some appetizers.
Beware the insects. We visited during the hottest days of the year and there were plenty of mosquitoes in the courtyard. The reooms are not equipped with mosquito-nets. We spotted also a couple of large hornets in the rooms.
Although required, we did not find a cot reday for our youngest at arrival.
The Airco in the small 'torretta' is also useless: a stand-alone device with no connecting hose to the outside for exhaust. The place is nicely decorated but a lot of family photos hang on the walls of the different houses, giving you the vaguely unpleasant feeling of squatting in someone else's home.
The property description includes Hot-Tub/JAcuzzi in the facilities, but there is none.

The host Allessia is very kind and helpfull with everything you wish for. The breakfast is very tasty and extensive and also very important, they serve good coffee.
The facility is in an old farmhouse, so very spacious and in the middle of nature, but also prepare yourself for weird animal noises (mouse/longhorn beetle?), little scorpions in the bathroom, clamping doors and hatching shutters. I would suggest the owner to get rid of the gym equipment that is kind of in the way and in stead make a nice lounge area to relax after excercising outside in the mountains. And also adjust the bathroom a little so you can take a shower without wetting everything. Then it would be much better.
