Location. Lecco is such a beautiful place and the hotel itself is walking distance to the town and train station! And the view from the window is very nice.
Bedside lamp is broken and the tv is not connecting to netflix and the keyboard on the tv screen keep popping up even though Im not touching the remote. The shower room is also a little cramped but water heater works really well.

Good location near lake & excellent value for money. Good communication for a self check in quite late.
There was no air con (but I knew that in advance).

Host was very accommodating of our late check in and very friendly and helpful. Recommended all the best spots in Lecco to visit.

The location is close to the center , we liked the guy who hosted us and did the paper work he was friendly.
Bed was in order , enough towels and good specious shower.
The woman was unfriendly and didn’t seems very welcoming or neutral .
Shower had some female hair wasn’t clean
You could hear people on top of you when they move around or have tv on
