About this apartment rental
ElyRose is a newly and prestigiously refurbished, spacious and sun-lit apartment located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the four major basilicas in Rome, in the lively Monti district, at only 150 mt away from the tube stations of Vittorio Emanuele (line A) and 250 mt from Cavour Station (line B). It is right in the middle the Colosseum and Termini Station. This 120 sq mt apartment is the best choice to enjoy your stay in the Eternal city as it located at a walking distance from many touristic attractions and the area is full of wine bars, restaurants and shops. We are at your complete disposal before and during your stay with tht aim to make your vation in our property a very memorable one. We can organize the pick up service from and to the airport and to Civitavecchia Port, home made italian meals and guided tours.
The apartment is composed of 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller one: a master bedroom with a king size bed where a single bed can be easily be opended as folded to be a puff; a triple bedroom with both a king size and a single bed or 3 single beds; and a smaller bedroom with a king size bed. ElyRose House has 2 modern and elegant bathrooms (one with a hydro massage bath tub, to be also used as shower, the other with a large shower). Moreover, a large bright and fully equipped dining room with complete kitchen facilities and the access to the amazing terrace where you’ll spend some memorables moments! Each bedroom has an individual access to its balcony. The apartment is characterized by original, beautiful and colorful marble floors and high vaulted ceilings. It is fully equipped with air conditioning (in each room!), wi-fi internet connection and 3 TV SAT with about 200 international channels.
Termini Station (the main train station of the city) is at a walking distance with direct public connections from/to both airports.

ElyRose is an excellent, authentic apartment in Rome!! The location was perfect for us; just minutes from Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. Lots of great restaurants/bakeries within walking distance. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor with the use of a small, quirky elevator. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms total. There is a full kitchen area with everything you could need which includes a small dining table & chairs. Just off the kitchen is an AMAZING outdoor patio with table & chairs and view of the Church of Saint Alphonsus Maria de Liguori. We had great weather so this was the perfect area for our group of 6 adults to congregate. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the beds were quite comfortable. We had plenty of towels, linens, shampoo and soap. All our need were met and I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you to our wonderful hosts! We had a wonderful stay at ElyRose. Everything was perfect, as described in the ad. Loved the terrace! The beds were super comfy and we were close to everything. Would definitely recommend it!

Very authentic Italian apartment in a very convenient location to Roma Termini, nice grocery store and wonderful coffee bars. It felt safe and the bed was comfortable (we only used one of the bedrooms) and kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. The terrace is special and we would have used it more if not for the rain. Thank you for the kind hospitality and for helping me to reconnect with my backpack that was mistakenly left behind.

Hosts are amazing! Very attentive and easy to contact. Apartment is in good area, we are a group of girls staying here and felt safe. Enjoyed our time very much!
